Change Your Mindset About Exercise With These Five Simple Steps
I have a passion for nursing, for health, wellness, and helping others. And as a creative, I started to see an opportunity I simply couldn’t pass up. Nursing me for, may start to take a slightly different shape in the future. For now, it may simply be in the form of a personal, and passion project.

Starting an exercise program is challenging, not hard. And do you want to know why it’s challenging? Because it’s something you were not previously doing. It’s new. It’s breaking down something old, in order to allow for growth. You’re literally tearing your muscles at the fiber level, in order to allow for regeneration, and improved strength.
Don’t tell yourself it was hard, focus on whatever good feelings you have for achieving this huge accomplishment.
The Diet Culture, What's The Deal?
With today’s Standard American Diet (SAD) it’s no secret that sugar is hidden everywhere, and I mean everywhere. There’s a really good chance if the food you’re eating has a label on it, it also contains sugar. As we now know, sugar is an inflammatory product that wrecks havoc on our system.

Keeping The Fridge Clean And Tidy
When planning for the future, we often forget several important things. What did you do WELL in the past? What is occurring in your life at any given time? Did you break down your goal? What personal habits will you need to acknowledge? Why is this important and what impact will it have? How can you simplify the overwhelm to really focus on what matters?
Tackling one big goal is seemingly impossible for almost anyone. There is a beginning, middle, and end to every journey, but that is often ignored in goal planning. If you want to make a big change, you have to look at the whole picture and break it down as small as you possibly can.

With this quick work weekly, your monthly deep clean should be a breeze!
